1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Registration on bck44 is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.2 Registration Requirements

When creating your bck44 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.

bck44 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time if it is determined that the registration information provided was false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one bck44 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bck44 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is confirmed, all accounts associated with that individual may be permanently closed and any balance, including bonus funds, forfeited.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bck44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

bck44 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, we are required to verify the identity, age, and address of all players before processing withdrawal requests above stated threshold amounts.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents during the verification process:

5.2 Deposit Terms

• bck44 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bck44 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are not immediately withdrawable. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they convert to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.

• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward the completion of a Wagering Requirement.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable Wagering Requirement, the bonus funds and all winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bck44 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while completing wagering requirements (arbitrage), and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, bck44 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and permanently close the account without prior notice.

6.4 Welcome Bonus

The bck44 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The welcome bonus is a 100% matched deposit bonus up to ৳20,000. This offer is not available to players who have previously held a bck44 account under any identity. bck44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on bck44 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. bck44 will not accept requests to amend or cancel a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

bck44 offers decimal odds on all sports markets. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final settled odds for that wager, except in cases of manifest error as defined in Section 7.4 below.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed; the market is suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure; the bet was placed after the event has already commenced where live betting was not explicitly offered; or a manifest pricing error is identified.

7.4 Manifest Errors

bck44 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — including human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. All decisions regarding manifest errors are made at the sole discretion of bck44 and are final.

7.5 Cricket Betting Rules

For all cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures: a match must be completed (or reach the minimum overs required under the relevant governing body's rules for a result to stand) for bets to be settled. In the event of a rain-affected match, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results will be accepted as official results for betting purposes where applicable.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on bck44, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports, are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. • Depositing funds that originate from illegal sources or using bck44 as a vehicle to transfer illicit funds.
• Accessing bck44 from a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law.
• Sharing your account with or transferring funds to another player via the platform's internal mechanisms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by bck44

bck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Funds on Closure

Upon closure of an account for any reason, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, provided that: the account has passed KYC verification, no outstanding withdrawal holds or fraud investigations are in place, and no sums are owed by the player to bck44. The return of funds will be completed within 10 business days of the closure decision, subject to the above conditions.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Players who close their account voluntarily forfeit any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements and associated bonus funds.

This licence does not permit: reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, or exploitation of any portion of the platform for commercial purposes; framing or use of framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information; or use of any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bck44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bck44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bck44 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
